Business Hours Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-12pm. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and all major Holidays.

Our online ordering system uses Paypal credit card processing. Paypal is convenient, easy to use, safe and secure. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

You may phone your order in Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and on Friday 9am-12pm, Eastern time. Our telephone number is (321) 777-3946. Please have your order complete and credit card (Visa or Master Card) information available when calling.

Processing your Order
Every attempt is made to process your order in a timely manner. We strive to mail your order within 72 hours, however, it may take up to 5-10 business days (beginning the day after you have placed your order) to be processed and packaged for shipping.

Shipping Information
We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and UPS, there is no handling fee, only actual shipping charges. Charges for shipping are automatically calculated at checkout. At this time, ordering and shipping is offered within the United States.

Satisfaction
If you receive damaged goods, please call us promptly at (321) 777-3946 or email us at info@sandrabockmandesigns.com for a replacement or refund. Save the shipping box plus all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or a full refund, minus shipping charges. Customer pays for all shipping costs involved in return transactions of non-damaged goods, and in turn, our company will not charge the customer a re-stocking fee. Refunds and exchanges will not be made until the items have been returned/received and inspected.
